Hi, I’m Rachel, Founder of Bend and Mend Yoga.
My journey into yoga began from a place of struggle. Since childhood, I have battled back pain. Over time, the pain became more frequent and eventually intensified into chronic pain, often leaving me unable to focus on even the simplest conversations. Eventually, I was diagnosed with arthritis and bulging discs in my spine. Unable to afford physical therapy, I turned to yoga —and it changed my life. After just six months of consistent practice, I woke up one morning completely pain-free.
Now, I’m dedicated to helping others unlock the same healing potential. Bend and Mend Yoga empowers everyone to live pain-free without breaking the bank. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi, together we’ll build a stronger, more flexible body and equip you with the tools to find lasting relief from pain
